501(c)(3) elder care support

Their stories are the legacy. Our mission is to care for them.

Legacy of Love Elder Mission honors elders as whole people: parents, workers, dreamers, builders, friends, and keepers of family memory. We raise funds to sponsor practical non-medical care hours, companionship, family relief, and dignity-centered support for elders in need.

Every donation helps turn love into practical support: sponsored care hours, companionship, caregiver relief, and respectful presence for elders who should never feel forgotten.

What we are building

Programs for care, companionship, and family relief

We are starting small and personal: one family story, one elder, one visit, one sponsored care hour at a time.

Sponsored elder care hours

Donor-funded support helps families cover compassionate non-medical elder care, companionship, respite, and practical assistance.

Companionship and spiritual support

Legacy offers conversation, elder visits, prayer when welcomed, and respectful spiritual encouragement for families of many backgrounds.

Caregiver support and talks

Small gatherings and recorded talks help families discuss dignity, grief, burnout, planning, family stories, and practical care decisions.

Restorative retreat planning

We are exploring donated peaceful spaces, including family finca time in Colombia, for future caregiver rest and renewal programs.

Values and spiritual care

Support that honors the whole person

Legacy of Love Elder Mission is comfortable with faith, prayer, and spiritual encouragement when an elder or family welcomes it. We also serve with respect across backgrounds, beliefs, and family traditions.

We believe elder care is more than a service. It is presence, patience, kindness, and the willingness to remember the people who carried us before they needed someone to help carry them.

How donations help

Clear support for real elder-care needs

Donations support approved charitable elder-care needs such as companionship hours, caregiver relief, wellness check-ins, transportation help, basic supplies, spiritual support when requested, and family assistance. Legacy is new, so our first focus is building careful recordkeeping and proving each dollar is tied to real care.

  1. A family or elder shares a need for support.
  2. Legacy reviews the request and confirms charitable purpose.
  3. Donations fund approved care hours, visits, supplies, or caregiver support.
  4. Each use is documented so donations stay tied to the nonprofit mission.

Rest and renewal

A future retreat pathway for caregivers and families

We are exploring restorative retreat opportunities, including donated use of peaceful finca space in Colombia, where caregivers, elders, volunteers, and families may be able to rest, reflect, and reconnect. Any retreat program will be documented and operated for Legacy's charitable mission.

"Always remember the people who remembered us first. Elder care is presence, patience, and the courage to keep loving well."
